Combination Harrows

Introduced to produce a level seedbed in one or two passes, eliminating wheelings. Under many soil conditions the Combination Harrow will produce good results much faster than a Power Harrow, at less capital cost and much lower maintenance costs. Available with crumblers or Spiroller Coils (solid or hollow) to suit each customer’s soil conditions.

Comprises of a leading crumbler barrel (or coil), followed by three rows of ‘S’ tines (adjustable for pitch), followed by 2 rows of angle-back harrow tines and a rear crumbler. All components are manually adjustable to suit prevailing soil conditions. An optional road transport kit (206kg) is also available for the 3.5 and 4 metre rigid models. Tines are 12mm thick heavy duty ‘S’ tines.

Linkage mounted crumblers fitted are 350mm (14″) diameter. Coils fitted are 450mm (18″) diameter (solid or hollow). Tyre Rollers fitted are 450mm (18″) diameter.

Universal Levelling Harrow

Designed and manufactured to make a good, finished, clodfree seedbed for sugar beet, corn, peas etc. at speed and trouble free. The heavy scrubber board carries the hills to the holes and together with the smashing, crushing effect of the heavy steel crossbars a gradual breakdown is achieved.

The harrows are available as Standard with 80mm cross beam and 22mm (7/8“) diameter tines or as Heavy Duty with 100mm cross beam and 25mm (1”) diameter tines. Crumbler barrels are also available as Standard or Heavy Duty versions (14“). Mini coils (13” diameter) hollow or solid can be fitted instead of crumblers.

Straw Rake

The Straw Rake is designed for use at high forward speed and is a low-cost way to assist in even-distribution of chopped straw and chaff post-harvest, which aids decomposition. The Straw Rake also creates conditions ideal for weed seed and volunteer germination, allowing for their timely control prior to drilling.
