Front mounted Disc Tiller

The front mounted Disc Tiller has been developed for primary stubble cultivation.

Used in conjunction with a rear mounted implement such as the Patriot combination cultivator it can optimise tillage operations especially single pass ‘min/max’ seedbed preparation. It has also proven effective in levelling ridges after potato lifting.

Cutaway or plain discs are staggered over two beams, adjustable for left hand or right hand throw and enhanced trash flow with side shields containing the loosened soil. Double taper bearings are fully greasable.

Working depth is set via the castor wheels and pitch adjustment via the top link. Shock-absorbing suspension ensures a smooth ride for the tractor driver.

This universal combination tillage tool is available in a choice of 3 and 4 m widths with 22 and 30 discs respectively. Special widths to match your rear implements can be produced to special order.
